Information and pricing

How much do sessions cost?

I offer a free thirty minute telephone consultation before you begin your journey to assess your needs and ensure that I am the correct person to support you. Thereafter we can either meet in a safe and confidential space, for a walk and talk session, or speak online/over the phone.

£60 per one hour in-person session (including walking and talking).

£50 per one hour online or telephone session.

Reduced rates are available for students, seniors, and if you are unemployed (evidence required). Please feel free to contact me for more information.

How long does a session last?

I am passionate about doing my best for you with each sessions which can sometimes result in us going over the agreed time however I do aim to keep session to a length of 50 minutes. Experience has taught me that this is the ideal length of time to take on board anything which we have discussed with one another.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on the issue which you wish to work on - six sessions is generally thought to be effective for most people however, there are no minimum or maximum number of sessions. We can discuss options in person or over the phone and work together to create your personilised treatment plan.

Six months meeting David helped me to manage by myself problems related to anxiety and stress.

He provided me the resources I needed to identify thoughts and attitudes and how I could handle them for my best.

Definitely, David has the skills to show a healthy way to manage emotions.
